Numbers Don't Lie
It seemed like one day I woke up, looked down and I had a large gut protruding above my jeans. Even though I'd been avoiding it, I got on the scale.
Numbers don't lie.
I hadn't been eating more than usual. I didn't consume two huge bags of potato chips in one sitting or a gallon of ice-cream. Nothing was different. Except the size of my stomach.
